The Registrar lock prevents unauthorized domain transfers. If you are planning to transfer your domain out of NityGity, you need to remove the registrar lock from your domain/release your domain in NityGity before placing a transfer request at the new registrar.
In order to remove the registrar lock, follow the instructions given below:
1. Sign into your NityGity account.
2. Select Domain List from the left sidebar and click on the Manage button next to your domain:
3. Choose Sharing & Transfer from the top menu :
4. Scroll down to the section Transfer Out and click the Unlock for Domain Lock option in order to remove the registrar lock:
Once done, you will get the notification that your domain has been successfully unlocked . 
In order to set a registrar lock, click Lock for the Domain Lock option:
After that, you will get the notification that your domain has been successfully locked:
