Canceled – Domain cannot be transferred within same registrar

If your domain transfer failed with this status, the domain may already be registered with NityGity and may currently reside in another NityGity account, in which case it cannot be involved in the transfer process.

To move a domain between NityGity accounts, you may use the ‘Change ownership’ option instead of transfer. This is a free service and takes effect immediately once selected. The Change ownership procedure must be performed by the current domain holder. You may find the current domain holder’s contact information at NityGity Whois Search tool.

Refund information

All NityGity transfers are risk-free. In case of transfer failure, a full refund will be issued to your NityGity account balance. This information can be found in your NityGity account Dashboard.

Once all modifications are made and the domain name is prepared for transfer, you may resubmit the transfer at Domain - Transfers page and select ‘Account Funds’ as the payment method during checkout.
If you paid for the transfer with a credit card or PayPal and no longer wish to transfer your domain, our Support Team will gladly assist in refunding your payment to the appropriate service.
