Yes, you can set up automatic payments with your card.
In order to enable the recurring billing option for your hosting accounts, follow the steps below:
- Sign into your NityGity account.
- Go to the Domain List section.
- Make sure that you have All Products selected from the drop-down menu in the right top corner of your account:
- Find the domain name associated with your hosting plan, click on the arrow in order to extend the services.
- Here you can enable the Auto-renew option for your hosting at once or click on the Manage option:
If you have chosen the Manage option at the previous step, you will be redirected to Hosting Dashboard. Simply check the Auto-renew every year option in order to make your hosting service renewed automatically
Now you need to configure the auto-renewal for the hosting services in this way: go to Account > Profile > Billing, then click the Edit button in front of Auto-Renewal:
For auto-renewals, we'll attempt to charge your NityGity account balance first. If there are insufficient funds in your account, we'll try using your payment cards next – default card first, followed by any alternative cards, in the order you've specified.
At this step, you need to enable auto-renewal for hosting and other desired services in the list and click Save Changes.
NOTE: We won't be able to auto-renew if sufficient funds are not available via one of these payment methods when the product or service expires. Any settings changes you make here will be reflected next time you check out.
Also, we would like to stress that in case you disable the auto-renew option after the invoice was issued (7 days prior to the renewal date), this change will take effect only during the next renewal. This time your card is to be charged.
NOTE: Please make sure that the "Use for auto-renewal" option is chosen, otherwise the auto-renewal will not happen. You can find the detailed instructions in the "Can I use a credit card to set up auto-renewal?" article.
Currently, PayPal cannot be used to pay for automatical renewals of your services.
